We only provide the following information in the portal:
1. Lab/ Blood Test Results
2. Imaging Results
3. Medication List
NOTE: Clinical questions, messaging, and other requests should not be sent via the patient portal. ALL QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS SHOULD BE CALLED IN.
