Patient Portal

Once an Olney Medical Group staff member invites and provides you with an access code for the portal (Patient Fusion- https://www.patientfusion.com/), you will automatically receive an email with the instructions on how to set up your account. 

We only provide the following information in the portal: 

1. Lab/ Blood Test Results

2. Imaging Results 

3. Medication List

NOTE: Clinical questions, messaging, and other requests should not be sent via the patient portal. ALL QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS SHOULD BE CALLED IN.
